Full-Time San Juan, Puerto Rico

About the role

Utilize inside sales techniques to engage with prospects Cold call and follow up on leads to secure new business opportunities Effectively negotiate terms and agreements with clients Implement territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities Maintain a high level of production of residential sales. Develop and train the residential sales team. Assist in the coordination of sales efforts including promotions and telemarketing. Support management, corporate office and personnel on residential sales and possible upgrades or cross-sales Support and management of evaluation of the work team. Ensure the residential sales team follow work schedules and plans. Have good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Review all contracts so that they are correct under the company's rules. Constantly seeking out and participate in opportunities to raise customer service levels and increase retention and new sales

Educational Requirements

  • Strong ability to generate leads and drive sales growth
  • Proven experience in business development and technology sales
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Managerial skills
  • Proficient in cold calling and maintaining customer relationships

Salary range

Proven experience in business development and technology sales (Based on your experience).

Working days

Weekly 05 days. Sunday To Thursday. 09 AM to 06 PM. (Launch Break 01 Hour)
